Documents need for hiring overseas and local helper

Employer side:

1. Employer HKID copy
2. Employer address proof (electric, water, gas or rate) bank statement and income tax is not consider as address proof.
3. Employer income proof such as income tax return P1&2 or bank statement of 3 months salary or bank deposit hk$350,000 or above for past six months per one helper hiring.
4. All family member full name , their relationship with employer, birth year and their HKID#
5. Existing helper name, HKID number and visa expiry date in the house
6. Previous helper name, HKID number and visa expiry date
7. Payment (cash, bank transfer and cheque payable to Amahsearch Ltd)
8. Explanation letter if you hire additional helper

Helper:

1. Passport copy
2. HKID copy
3. 1 pc ID photo
4. Contact person in Philippines, relationship and phone number
5. Philippines Address
